Dr. Millican is one of the best doctors in Columbus. I started seeing him at the old Columbus Medical & Surgical Clinic back in the mid 90s. Although he's a very busy doctor being chief of staff in Columbus he always takes time out to listen to his patients and shows he really cares. He helps everyone and in my opinion he's the best. Long live Dr. Millican. You are well liked
