She explained what was going on. She told me step by step what was going to be done. I'm very satisfied with what she has done I have had a wonderful experience with my provider.

She was awesome and professional. She explained me where the problem came from and the procedure to care the problem. The Staff was awesome, polite and friendly.

The whole team was exceptional. Knowledgeable, transparent, thorough, had a solid treatment plan that boosted my confidence, very optimistic and determined to see it through to the absolute best possible outcome from my treatment there. I learned so much about my condition, my insurance provider, and my prognosis with thorough intervention. I left with so much hope, instead of crying in hopelessness.
I went to see Dr. Croake and was pleasantly pleased with the whole experience. From the ultrasound tech to the assistant to the Doctor. Everyone explained in detail what I needed to know. I have never had such a positive experience at an office visit before. I had to travel an hour from home and it was well worth the time!
They listened to all my questions and answered all my questions. A very through exam like I had not seen before.
