He is a great doctor
Very informative and to the point.
I recently discombobolated (i know, not very scientific) my right shoulder wrestling/playing "keep away" with my daughter's very large dog. Not the first time since he really enjoys it, but this time it got to me. Dr. Starnes took x-rays, did some hands-on evaluation and told me i didnt tear a rotator cuff, etc. He gave me a shot to help with the pain/recovery and a sheet with exercises to do. His staff and office environment were also top notch! I'm looking forward to seeing him in six weeks for a followup.
