Very nice guy! Runs a terrible clinic. Waited an hour and forty fivr minutes in a nasty waiting room. Saw him for less than 10 minutes. If you want a doctor who does not care, he’s your man. Dr Ronald Ford
Had me wait over two hours for a 10 minute visit. Not worth the time. The guy is arrogant & obnoxious. Has zero social skills.
He took my case from another Dr and explained everything in detail. Wanted me to be as informed as possible. Surgery went great. I had some issues after ( not caused by surgery ). Every nurse I had spoke highly of him and one even said if her father ever needs work done , she would want Dr Soergel to do it. He was compassionate and caring through the entire process. I never saw any rudeness. He’s a straight shooter and I like that. I would highly recommend him. I had HoLep surgery it has been 1 week and I feel great. PS I wo... read more
Was very impressed! Dr was kind and explained things to me about my husband's condition. He was very thorough. Did not feel rushed.
Rude to patients, staff, and physicians. I had heard this but still decided to give him a shot. Definitely regret doing so and have spoken with other patients who shared this experience. If able, see someone else in the group!
I was in the hospital, after a procedure performed by another physician, with an infection in the scrotum. When Dr. Soergel came into my hospital room he seemed rushed and was very rude. He didn't even examining me, and after a few minutes of him talking (he would not let me ask questions) he was insistent on removing my testicle. At this point I didn't have much of an option, or time, to request another physician. Long story short, Dr. Soergel removed a testicle that did not need to be removed, and could have been treat wit... read more
Was in the hospital after a procedure that was done by a different provider from the same office. My introduction to this particular physician was listening to him berate the nursing staff in the hall for not all immediately lining up to give him a briefing on this mornings patients, even though some were attending to said patients. He blew into my room and barged into the restroom (where I was doing what folks do) and announces himself as “someone helping with my docs patients” I asked him directly who he was and he was inc... read more
Went in for a kidney issue discovered on CT during hospital stay. He presented me with all options, the outcomes of those options and let me decide without pushing me in a certain direction. Made my choice easier knowing everything as he laid it all out.
I do not recommend Dr Soergel because he was rude and condescending and I felt he had no respect for the patient. Will not be back.
