Dr. Berns has been my family doctor for many years. I find him to be pleasant, down to earth and very thorough. He never rushes me out the door and takes his time to review/discuss my health issues and medications. He doesn't hesitate to refer me to a specialist, when appropriate. All in all, a great family doctor.

I've been seeing Dr Berns for many years and he has been the best Doctor I could have asked for. I've never had an issue getting a timely appointment when needed and I've also seen by Dr Chapnick in Doctor Berns absence. Dr Berns is very thorough and make it easy to understand. His staff have always been very pleasant and easy to communicate my needs with.
I brought my parents to see doctoro Saturday, my father is already 76 years old, so we arrived there, many people r waiting, so we asked the receptionist how many people before us, if waiting too long, we would rather to come another time. Unfortunately the receptionist lady was in bad mood, rolled her eyes, stated" I don't know, I don't track people".
