I have had several issues with this dr. He didn’t want to change my prescription regardless of my bad side effects. The second time he mocked me after I repeated something back to him to see if i had understood correctly. The third time he made me wait 5 hours to be seen.

Today marks a year that Dr. Winter performed surgery on my son. We were at a Halloween party and my son ran into a hook tearing all his eye lid apart. I couldn’t thank him enough he did such and amazing job and kept me in the loop durning surgery. All of my sons follow up appointments were amazing answered all my questions and always explained every procedure that he would be doing on my son down to the minimum detail.
