Went to my appointment on Tuesday, no Dr.roberts staff stating he is sick,was supposed to call me later that day for a follow up but never happened. I called 2 times and left to messages ,no one replied. when Dr roberts called and left a message and stated he would call next night at 4:30pm.it never happen. so disappointed. I WILL BE LOOKING TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

They never call back and when you need a prescription filled you have to pay to be seen every time. He writes my husbands bp meds for three months at a time and he’s been on the same meds for years.

We have called 4 times,left messages, spoke w someone finally, did the new patient application, was told they would call by 1 to schedule and appt, they never called. We proceeded to call a few times more leaving messages to get an appointment. Nothing.. so we are going elsewhere. Kind of disappointed because Dr. Roberts has a great reputation.
