I work in the medical industry. My wife does too. We both recommend Dr Travis highly. His nursing staff is excellent. They are attentive to patient needs. We consider ourselves lucky to have care provided by the office

Dr. Caudill is an awesome physician. Very detailed. Had more test on blood work that came back out of line. Found a condition that the specialist even said usually isn't detected from a family practice physician. Very people oriented.

Dr Caudill is very straightforward. This is code for rude and condescending with no bedside manner. He berated me for using a pulse oximeter at home because it’s supposedly inaccurate when it’s exactly what they use in every doctors office. Like he was really unnecessarily rude about it. He didn’t just say they were inaccurate, he asked me why I would have one and where I bought it and went on about how stupid it was. I don’t use it instead of going to a doctor. Didn’t really do much for me. Spoke about his nursing staff as his “girls.” When he heard I was an educator, we started talking about parents, which is normal. Then, he started talking about moms and how their emotional attachment to their children essentially hinders their ability to be good parents. He even felt the need to preface the comment with “Now, don’t be offended but...” If you’re gonna preface a statement with that, chances are you probably shouldn’t say it.

Dr. Doesnt care for you as a person. You are just another number. Refused to treat me pain, sent to ER. Who sent me to him first.... Refuses to refill meds randomly.

Everyone in his office is very helpful and truly genuinely cares about quality patient care! As for Dr. Caudill specifically, I can only say that I have yet to find a family practitioner in Texas that has earned the confidence I have in this doctor. His approach is one of less medication and more diet and lifestyle!
