Dr Maak recommended that I replace my ACL with my hamstring. My ACL has been great my hamstring has been nothing but problematic in the two almost three years since. I would never recommend to anyone to use their hamstring as their ACL as a result of the outcomes from my surgery. I have been very diligent with my physical therapy post surgery. Dr. Maak is one of the best doctors I have met! He was super great at explaining my knee issues, options and frank opinion. Great doctor and make you feel relaxed and can trust his opinion.
Dr Maak and team were amazing I had my ACL reconstructed by him and extremely positive experience He is very good at listening he even called me beforehand addressing any concerns that I had and to make me feel at ease about the procedure I feel blessed to have him as my surgeon he is talented and his team provides excellent service before during and after with follow up appts, I highly recommend Dr Maak and team for ACL reconstruction I’m Doing great with recovery
Dr. Maak is the man! Always get excited to visit with him. I got hip surgery on my right hip and he did an awesome job. Knows his stuff.
