She is my PCP and has just cut me off of my Xanax after having been on it for numerous years. I began taking Xanax at age 23 and I am now 60 years old. My ex-husband just had a stroke and seizures from sudden withdrawal. I called her office today and they said they would call me back but they didn’t and now they’re closed. So I’m scared to death of what is going to happen to me? My ex-husband had his withdrawal from using street drugs. I use my prescription as prescribed. NO abuse. No call back.

While everyone at the office is very nice and pleasant. My last experience there was terrible. I have yet to actually even talk to the doctor I only ever see a PA. After I was sent for x-rays the desk clerk called me informed me what they saw that they couldn't do anything and I should Google remedies. Not having pain in that part of my body which I then explained to the desk clerk. She then dismiss me and told me to call my insurance company to get a referral to a specialist.

I was very happy with Doctor Tran. Staff were very friendly. I had a good expireance with Doctor Tran...showed concern and attentive to my cpncerns and read my reports after I was taken to ER with patients. Thank you Doctor Tran.

I was very pleased with the ease of getting an appointment. They also did a very thorough physical. When I asked for a copy of my results for my own files, they said I would have to pay $35!!! I just want a copy of my test results, why should I have to pay! I was told because I would basically be getting a copy of my whole chart. I'm a new patient so this is all that's in my chart. This is so ridiculous, I'm out of here!!!! Shame too cause otherwise I really liked this office :-(

This office is more concerned about making money than anything else. I and my family have been going here for 3 years and spent a lot of money. I just started working a new job and my insurance hasn't kicked in yet so I paid $90 to go get refills plus a new prescription. Well the dosage needs to be adjusted, I know what the laws are but they want me to pay another $90 for them to write me a new piece of paper, ummm nope! My family and I will go somewhere else with some customer service!

Very good doctor, I enjoyed my time with her, helped me every time I or any of my family members have been sick. She doesn't beat around the bush wasting time talking noise, she's really good, period.

I feel they may die if she's in charge , I called to ask if I could talk see if she could advise me if meds were compatable ,they were like shes ot of town and we cant tell you anything without you coming in .Bad DOCTOR ME; when will she be back next week. so we cant help you.We cannot give over the phone advise for meds we prescribe. weird

I was very pleased with the promptness of receiving an appointment and the thoroughness of Dr. Trinh and staff's exam, lab work, check-in; check-out. My long time internist recently passed away and it was assuring to find someone who shares his code of ethics.

Very thorough and efficient. She is very energetic. If you say nothing, she moves on. If you ask her a question, she listens intently and answers thoughtfully.
