Dr trinn was my family's primary care Dr sense 1996. She never missed a beat when it came to explaing our health care issues,she will be truly missed
Dr Trang has been my doctor for over 30 yrs, she was the best, for those of you who dint know, she passed away on April 4th 2019 from cancer. She will be dearly missed. RIP beautiful lady.
I want to let everyone know that Dr. Trinh has been on Medical Leave. That is the reason she has not been at her office. We have been seeing Dr. Trinh since '99 and although her office staff is not perfect. They do get the job done if you call a second time. We will be going to her Temp Doctor for a while untill she returns.
The Doctor isn't in - never there - only her PA. The staff is extremely rude - you will wait days for a prescription refill or a referral. When you finally do get in to whomever, it's another long wait in the room - and then whoever enters and rush, rush, rush happens. Then you have to put up with the staff rudeness checking out. Honestly - this is a horrible experience every time I have to go there. Very stressful.
They’re office says they are open till 7pm but stop seeing patients at 4pm because all the doctors are gone for the day. I’m confused. They also take over 48 hours to return your call and when you call back they tell you you’re request is pending? Pending to speak to a doctor?!? Would not recommend
Dr. Trinh and her Physician Assistant always kind and take care of my medical needs. All the staff always kind and smile. The nurses always call me to tell me if it's time to schedule office visit which is only 2 times per year. Very Thankful for Mason Park Medical Clinic and staff.
When I first started going to Dr Trinh, she was in the office and the wait time, while it was still long, wasn't near as long as it is now. Now, she is never in and you only see the PA. The office staff is not very intelligent. I have called in several times for a prescription refill and they still cannot call the pharmacy to authorize it. The receptionist keeps asking me if I have a different last name and went so far as to ask me if I was sure. Really? I think I know what my last name is
I used Dr. Trinh for my 3 year old son and could not wait to find him a better doctor. You never see the doctor because she is NEVER there. I recently took him in for an allergic reaction and the PA literally got on google in front of me. Asked for his medical records for school and still could not get them a week later. They do not return your calls and NOBODY there knows what they are doing. Wouldn't recommend this place to even the worst of people, that is how awful it is. 0stars isn't option
I had an appointment to see the Doctor on 1/23/18. I saw a PA who said the Doctor hadn't been in the office for several weeks. He said she would be back on 2/7/18. Whereas, I needed to see the Doctor about a very serious medical issue I made an appointment to see the Doctor on 2/7/18. I kept the appointment but the Doctor was not there!! I asked a PA when I could see the Doctor. She said she didn't know because the Doctor was, "in and out" and some times was out for weeks.
