I can't describe how deeply I am disappointed to be treated so poorly despite I have been a customer to Dr Tran for a number of years. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 today 20/05/17, little I realised they double booked me. Just in front of me they took in another lady and when I asked the receptionist are you running late? if so I will go and do some shopping. She replied no. Dr Tran and his team have been our family dentist for more twenty years. They are alway do their best to accommodate you as soon as possible if there’s an emergency. I have seen some of the negative comments because they have to wait for sometime and their appointment was not on schedule. This is something that is out of their control,I have been in this sort of situation as well in either case. Not everything in life goes as planned.
