Dr Zhao is personable, seems genuinely interested in my care and explains everything very clearly. I always feel I can ask questions without being hurried out. His staff is available whenever I call and appointment times are convenient.

Throughout my whole pregnancy, I've really loved this place and the doctors and front desk staff. Anytime I've had a question or concern, they're very prompt in getting back with me and never made me feel silly for having a concern. This is my first pregnancy, so there can be a lot of questions! I highly recommend.
I had a great experience with OBGYN Associates of Northern Indiana. It was my first time being seen by that office and by Dr. Zhao. He was super friendly and explained everything clearly. He made me feel comfortable and that is so important with me because of my anxiety. I’ve had negative experiences before with a different doctor and office that made me so scared to even have my regular check ups. I no longer feel that way and to me that means everything.
OBNI's front desk is helpful. The lab and U.S. dept are in the office. All the doctors are great. They are also the 24 hour Hospitalists at St Joseph. I highly recommend
I’m more than impressed by all of them. This office is the best- run so efficiently and professionally- from the front to the back. I saw all of the OBs during my pregnancy, my first pregnancy, and I delivered with Dr. Byrne. Zhao is kind and informative, Baumgartner has the best bedside manor and makes me feel so comfortable, and Ferguson made us laugh. They all have such great qualities and knowledge... they are quality doctors.
