Couldn’t even make an appointment rudest receptionist I’ve ever spoken with 11/7 noon. People call because they have questions if you can’t be bothered to answer them maybe get a different job
The 10-minute meeting felt very rushed, and I got the impression her goal was to tell me I passed her screening, collect my money, and get me out the door, while my goal was to get answers to a few specific questions... "That's nothing to worry about" does not answer the question of "What is this?"
Extremely pleasant demeanor. Asked me my concerns. Reviewed areas of concerns. Discussed options. Listened to more questions and addressed all of them. Had a biopsy and results were discussed 1-week later. Discussed treatment options again.
She is excellent at explaining what she finds, great at giving options for treatment. My only concern is how long it takes to see her. I called today, and can't be seen for 6 weeks for a possible basal cell cancer on my hand.
