The staff never answers the phone or replies to messages in a decent amount of time. A records request was supposed to take 2 weeks and took roughly three months and several calls. The fees for the records is outrageous too! Any record request (for other doctors or personal request) puts the office on edge and they will start giving you crap and issues once the request is done.
