Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway

Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
