The worst neurologists out here in Vegas. She pushes appointments back cancelations last minute Horrible communication medication refills never on time Juust went in to get medical records faxed over to a new doctor and they send the new doctor a medical evaluation. I asked for all medical records to be faxed come to find out.They faxed only one record over which is for a mental evaluation.It did not fax eeg reports nothing i feel like they do it on purpose.To be funny because I sat in the office until the facts was sent.The... read more
NO communication at all and they don't care about your needs.
She is THE best neurologist I have seen, and I have seen a few. Her level of knowledge is EPIC. I have never had a doctor participate in my concerns versus writing and ignoring. She is such a professional and her staff represents her. She was s winning combination of trust, professionalism, and genuine kindness
APRN Ilene Justo was very attentive, professional and kind. She took her time and listened to my Mom and addressed her concerns/issues. I highly recommend her.
Tough to get a hold of the office anytime. Never even seen the doc- only the PA, THATS been below average. Someone should do something! Hellllo????
