She was my Dr. for a few years . She always disregarded any symptom I had .I complained about knee pain from a bad fall She finally did ordered an xray and said everything was fine I had knee pain for years . I complained again I got another xray she said I had mild arthritis. My knee pain only got worse . Finally after 5 years and a different Dr. I had an MRI . I have a partial tear on my LCL. Dr. Steinhauser has been my doctor for the last 10 years and she has been great with my concerns.
I've run straight back to her each time an insurance change permitted. In my experiences over the past 6 years, she's always been thorough, inquisitive, able to help connect the dots, and very empathetic. Everyone should have a Dr. Tova.
Organized and professional. She was quick to meet me in the exam room and took her time answering my questions. I felt like I was in good hands.
