Terrible patient care! Never return the phone calls, Overcharged and submitted the wrong procedures to the insurance. Thankfully, I got a refund after calling 2 months straight.

Exactly staff, very calm polite and helpful. Very easy and accommodating for scheduling appointments too. Staff politeness and bed side manners are excellent and worth everything

My doctor initially referred me to Kindbody. The office is easy to get to and scheduling through an app is great. The front office staff is incredibly friendly as well. However, the technician was cold bordering on rude. She didn't answer any questions and was very calloused during a vulnerable time. To that end my test results were uploaded the next day, even though the office insisted I schedule a week out to talk to the doctor for a quick 15 minutes. I know it's extremely difficult to pick out the correct fertility clinic. A lot of emotions go into it. I can only speak to my personal experience as someone in the midst of dealing with infertility, but I would/have recommended Kindbody to my closest friends with absolute confidence.
