Ms. Tonya has gotten too big for her britches!! I have had to drive way across town twice to her office, on an appointment only to be told that she was not in and no one else could do the work on my son because she had already been paid.Waste of gas. She is very unfriendly and unprofessional. It seems her main goal is making money, not on the quality of her work. This office has a very relaxed an unprofessional staff. I went for a preventive cleaning. I was ok with the 1 hour wait but when I got to the treatment room there was a lot of disorder. I was told that there was only the Doctor there and one assistant. The Doctor was running around and was shouting orders to her staff. As a new patient I was not X-rayed or Flossed. I was given the quickest plaque scraping or brush drilling with this little machine, a quick polish, then a quick spray rinse and suction and told to go down the hall to the restroom and rinse my mouth out.
