Dr. Toni is a breath of fresh air. She’s very warm and easy to talk to. It’s nice to have a doc who actually listens and really helps me without medications. I‘ve gotten so much better with my energy with her counsel, IV therapy care. My favorite Naturopath!

Do yourself a favor and schedule a consult with Dr. Varela today. She has been paramount in helping me navigate menopause. She takes what we consider simple problems or perhaps what mainstream medicine considers just natural aging, and shows how complex we can address them. I absolutely love this office. Front desk is always friendly, and Dr. Varela couldn't be more lovely. She has a heart of gold, a quick as a whip mind, and radiates youthfulness as proof of the effectiveness of her method. She can generally get you in for an appointment very quickly if need be. I came to see Dr. Varela for hormone therapy 5 years ago and since she's become like a part of our family. We all trust her insight and appreciate that she is able to prioritize and uncover any factor affecting our health. Today, she is helping us all to support our immune systems and emotions to not get so frustrated with each other during this time of closeness in isolation. Why all people don't have an integrative doctor at this point is beyond me, but I'm truly grateful to have Dr. Varela in our lives.
