I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results.
I had a great experience. I would recommend this office to friends/coworkers.
