Dr. Jong Tong has done my Colonoscopy more than once. Each time, the experience was good and positive. The staff are polite, efficient and do their job well. Most importantly, if you want a doctor who is careful, thorough and answers your questions to your satisfaction, he is definitely a doctor you would want to seriously consider.
Horrible Doctor.
This is a factory. All they want to do is as many procedures as they can to bill the insurance company. Puncture stomach while doing an ERCP. Family had to scramble for a surgeon to perform the repairs. Did not check on pt at any time. This is not a doctor that put their pt’s care first. I do not recommend him.

Dr. Jing is a very knowledgeable doctor. He was very patient and answered all my concerns even when his office was full of patients waiting for procedures. I have been seeing a couple doctors, but I feel Dr. Jing is a very honest, responsible, and sincere doctor. He is definitely an academic type of doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Jing. The office is one of the best in NYC.
Few weeks ago, I have colonoscopy done by Dr. Jing for some constipation issue and at my age I am due for screening anyway. In the clinical visit he asked my medical history, family history, dietary habit and so on. The visit was brief and I was scheduled for colonoscopy. The following week I had that done and was told I am ok, no problem. Just need to do some modification of diet and he prescribed me some probiotics. Dr. Jing seems very professional but not quite as warm as my PCP. I wish he co
Dr.Jing received his certificate from John Hopkins so you know he is not only a great gastroenterologist but also a trustworthy person. His Clinic is new and pimped put with advance equipments. Yes his office is quite busy at times but it definitely is a good sign for a doctor you are visiting. Highly recommended!
