I’m a return patient of Dr.Haywood. My appointment was 11:00, asked to arrive 45 minutes early for check-in, and I did. I was called back before 10:30. I would highly recommend Dr. Haywood and his team! From check-in to staff - Tadisha, Latoya, Sherrie, Khadijah, Troy and, the wonderful Dr. Haywood - they all did an exceptional job! Everyone was extremely professional, kind, attentive, and they made me to feel at ease . Nobody likes having a colonoscopy, but if you’ve got to have one, here’s the place! Thank you Team!!
Dr Haywood seems very knowledgeable; however, his responses sounded pre recorded. Almost like a script and I don’t know if this is because of the specialty he practices medicine in. I said my main problem was feeling nausea all the time and he prescribed heartburn medicine that treats bloating also and said it can also be used for nausea. I needed something specifically for nausea until I have my EGD.
