Dr Gruczynski has been our pediatrician for my 3 kids over the past 24 years and I am so blessed to have him. He’s old school, takes time with his patients, brilliant doctor who has never missed a diagnosis. No doctor factory here! He may have limited hours but he always finds time to squeeze you in when your kids are sick or hurt. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
Dr. Gruczynski, lovingly known as Dr. G, has been our pediatrician for 15 years. He is very personable, thorough, highly knowledgeable , and trustworthy. He has exceeded our expectations over and over again! We have absolutely recommended him to others.
Dr. Gruczynski has been our pediatrician for about 18 years (since our son was a baby). In that time he has given our kids outstanding care. We are especially grateful for his swift action when our daughter had an aggressive tumor in the orbit area of her face. Dr. Gruczynski made the necessary arrangements and contacted doctors to get her the help she needed. We are very thankful for Dr. G and his care.
Dr. Gruczynski is an excellent doctor - knowledgeable, caring, easy to relate to both by parents and children. His staff is friendly and professional.
To add to my previous review, I have never in 13 years had a problem with billing in his office, as sarah’s review indicted. Please remember I was in the office when this all took place. As I quote from Sarah’s review she never had a problem with Dr G’s medical expertise. Personally I would never leave a trusted doctor over a billing issue that certainly could have been worked out. So if you are looking for a great pediatrician please keep this in mind.
First and foremost I ALWAYS PAID WHATEVER THEY REQUESTED. When asking for clarification regarding their unsolved Rubix’s Cube configured invoicing the billing manger begins arguing and with that Dr. Gruczynski reprimands me for having questions and we agree to part ways. I am devastated that after four years and ALWAYS paying whatever they asked (and more) this doctor would stop caring for my children. As a result of this incident, I now have zero respect for Dr. G and do not recommend him.

I am very sorry if my patient feels displeased. We, as a group, always strive to provide excellent medical and customer service. Please be assured the billing issues, that have upset the patients nowadays are related to health insurance plans and polices. The insurances set the allowed amount we can charge the patient. Ms. Smith paid her deductibles in full . Our charges and her payments match evenly.We can provide Ms. Smith with a complete log of activity on her account to make things clear.
Dr. Gruczynski is an amazing doctor who cares for his patients. He has reached out via phone call to follow up with my daughters when he was concerned. I recommend him to everyone I know. His office is clean, staff is friendly and appointments are always on time.
What can I say Dr, Gruczynski is just amazing. Very patient. Explains everything in detail. We owe him a lot.
