I've never left a negative review for a dentist before, but then I've never experienced such a careless dentist. I had recently moved to the area and came in for my initial cleaning and exam. The dental technician who did my cleaning was excellent. When Dr. Torres arrived for my 'exam' he eyeballed my x-rays, took a quick look in my mouth, and then patted me on the shoulder and said, 'Looks good!' and ran out. I've been to Dr. Torres a few times. He's fantastic, as are his employees. I haven't met all of them but Martha, Kathleen and Jessica are the best. Dr. Torres explained all treatment options to me, as well as each procedure, step by step. They are all compassionate and professional.
