I disagree completely with people suggesting that Dr. Webb is condescending or arrogant. She explains procedures clearly, offers options where they are available and assists in making a good decision. Her staff are excellent. I am very happy working with Dr. Webb.
One of the best ER doctors at St. Pauls. Very kind, patient, knowledgeable. I could not recommend a better emergency physician.
I think Dr.Park is an excellent doctor if you do not have complex health issues. He's quick to diagnose common things like cold, flu and infections but I have not found him to be entirely adequate in searching to understand new, abnormal symptoms presenting in patients. He can take long to prescribe medication too - which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but can have negative consequences for some individuals. I'm a nurse that has been going to Dr. Webb's office for many years and have always been happy with their practice. Dr. Webb recently took out impacted wisdom teeth for both my son and daughter. Both Dr. Webb and her assistant Linda stayed late to take the time to carefully extract the teeth and managed to keep the roots intact with minimal pain for a quick recovery. The negative comments on this site did not ring true at all with my experience. This is an extremely popular office with a happy, professional atmosphere. They have always been punctual. The assistants are professional and explain oral health maintenance well. Dr. Webb recently took out impacted wisdom teeth for both my son and daughter. Dr. Park is amazing. I have never been to a Dr that is on time like he is! He is easy to talk to and makes you feel super comfortable.
So very disappointed with our experience at this dental office. To give them them another chance I booked our family in again for our check ups and cleanings. It appears that they all need a HUGE wake up call to customer service ! The focus is not on the patients needs as they don't listen and really don't seem to give a care. I really tried to be friendly and understanding to the slip ups they were all making yet in the end it cost me more of my time and money ! I am honestly blown away to find ANY negative reviews written about Dr. Webb. I have known Dr. Webb for almost 10 years, and my entire family and I have been a patient of hers for over 5 years. We couldn't believe the positive difference in the quality of care and the flexibility for appointments compared to any of our previous dentists. Margaret Webb is a very trusting and professional dentist. I have never enjoyed the going to the dentist and finally found comfort in going to Dr. Webbs office. Her staff is always welcoming and in good spirits when I have an appointment and Dr. Webb is always so kind . I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, hard working dentist.
