The most horrific experience EVER! This Dentist is incompetent, does not care to take his work seriously and absolutely doesn’t care about providing honest and experienced care to patients, he screamed at the top of his Lungs throughout his office at me be cause I asked if he could put a white composit on my tooth instead of the horrific grey . Bad customer service. When you call there are two ladies the one that has the older voice always schedule you in 4+ months ahead and lady with the younger voice always schedule you within 2 weeks. After so many years they finally made it clear that it was enough for me. Been a patient of Dr. Trikolas for over 20 years, he very kind, understanding dentist, does not rush and you never have to wait in the waiting room they are always ready to you see you.
I’m 31 and have been going here since I was a kid. Even though I live out of state, if I have an issue I still come here.
I am pleased with the service at Dr. Trikolas’ office. He is very skilled and thorough. The staff is also very friendly and works well together to ensure a pleasant visit. They don’t overbook, so wait times are at a minimum (which is a huge plus for me). From routine cleanings to specialty services; this office is a hidden gem that I highly recommend!!
