I would like to thank you for the massive difference that you have made to my life. Dr. Cunneen performed cataract surgery on both my eyes, and I’m extremely pleased with the care I received. He is calm, focused, and incredibly knowledgeable — always explaining the important medical details clearly. I valued his straightforward, professional approach; his skill and judgment speak for themselves. I had upper and lower eye blepharoplasty done with Dr Tom Cunneen. I was getting headaches from lifting my eyebrows all the time and my upper eyelid skin was drooping down making me look older. Whilst my upper eyelids are an improvement to how they were looking, I’m not at all happy with the result. While I knew that the outer part of the lid would be removed, I didn’t know that so much would be removed from the inner section of my eyes. seen Tom Cunneen twice but his consultation process doesn’t seem to go much into details. He was very abruptly short and possibly gives the “he is too busy” impression. Felt much uninvited on both occasions. It leaves you thinking he is not interested in his patient’s eyes or wellbeing. However the front desk staff seem friendly and helpful probably because they have to collect money off from me.
