My husband used to go there to see Dr Carter, Well Dr Carter isn't around anymore he sometimes comes once a month or every 3 months, He's never there. How do you run doctors office with out one. Well Frances Barber has taken over the practice Dr Carters real office is in Texas. But because she is a MA there are certain things that she can't do as a MA or PA that a doctor can so her taken over and buying the practice.
