I am deeply appreciative of Dr. Mwatha, listened to my concerns, and recommended further testing to confirm or not, a condition I was being treated for by a previous physician in a different city. She said that I could get a more conclusive diagnosis for the condition by taking some tests offered by Kaiser at their Northgate clinic. I followed her recommendation and referral, and the tests showed I did not have the devastating condition for which I was being given a drug that caused negative side effects.
Talk about a quake. This lady is the reason our health care system has gone down the tubes. Her and her thug staff could give two cents about patient care. I think my veterinarian is better educated and has more bed side manner than this so called Doc.
If you like friendly, detailed and knowledgeable health care then you will love Dr. Mwatha. She took extra time to ensure that I was receiving the proper care. She was thorough. She talked to me like a regular person and took interest in my overall health and health care. I think she is conscientious and cares about her patients. Highly recommend.

I have seen Dr. Mwatha for years and love having her as my PCP. She always listens to my concerns and is very warm and caring. I would recommend her to anyone who has Kaiser Permanente.
Dr. Mwatha is not a patient centered doctor whatsoever! She appears to have limited knowledge of the latest medical research when it comes to labs and trouble shooting symptoms to help patients get to the root cause of their issues. She is unwilling to work collaboratively with her patients and/or other providers. She is a poor communicator, arrogant and demeaning.
Dr. Mwatha showed true concern for me. She was very kind and took time to understand my needs. She was very personable while remaining highly professional.
I have been going to Dr. Mwatha for years. She is very thorough and addresses all of my concerns and discusses options with me. She is a very positive person and gives me her full attention and listens attentively to all my issues/concerns. I highly recommend her!
