I love Dr. Zachs! No matter what I see him for, he always helps me and I always leave his office with a solution.
Saw Dr Zach's A few months ago from a referral from my Pulmonologist for persistent cough, wheezing and hourseness. Dr strutted in never Introducing himself sat down and asked me why I was there. I told him everything that had been going on and my pulmonologist wanted me to see him. He told me to open my mouth which I did. He looked in my mouth NOT even using a tongue depressor! Never looked up my nose or in my ears!! That was the end of my exam!!! Total of of 5 minutes. Told me I was fine!!Then charged me for a colonoscopy ... read more
Receptionist is very rude had me on hold for 20 minutes I hung up call back she picked up immediately how can I help you I told her I was on hold for 20 minutes she simply ignoring me and said OK how can I help you poor customer service
