I visited Dr. Rozycki for a facial mole removal and ended up with a wound infection, which led to a depressed scar. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the outcome of the procedure, but South Bend Clinic insists that everything was done properly. This is despite the fact that Dr. Rozycki volunteered to perform a corrective procedure for free!
Everyone makes mistakes, but he seems to demonstrate apathy in diagnosis, with a pattern for not asking the patient history or habits, and this pattern resulted in an obviously incorrect diagnosis on 2 separate occasions as well as other disturbing incidents.
I had went to see Dr Cerbin for YEARS and at the time I felt he was very helpful until I hurt my back. I had several times to get in and I wasn’t able to and when I finally was able to he gave a mild pain medication which didn’t do any good. It was around the holiday and I had called to let the nurse know I was close to running out and was using it LESS then I should and want to get a refill BEFORE the holiday since most places are closed. She accused me of trying to taking the meds more hen I should which was not the case. ... read more
Dr. Carter has been my family physician for 16 years. He is an excellent diagnostician, is very kind, and always answers all my questions. He treats me as an informed partner in my own healthcare. I have been through several bouts of very serious health problems, and he has made me feel safe in his care. I have never met a more caring or well trained primary care physician. There is no one better than Dr. Carter.
I started with dr cerbin 13 years ago and he was ok. When my daughter kept getting strep every 3 weeks and he would treat it with penicillin this went on for 4 months I asked about taking her tonsils out he said she wasn't a candidate for it , next time she got strep we had to see another doctor in the practice. And he asked WHY does she still have her tonsils? I told him his partner wouldn't take them out. He asked if I wanted them out. I said yes and within 3 weeks she had her tonsils out and we had a new doctor. Dr. Cerbi... read more
Dr. Shah has great people skills that helped me feel comfortable throughout my visits with him. I will continue to see him with all my needs. Great Doctor!
WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR. CARTER FOR SEVERAL YEARS. HE HAS MISDAIGNOSED TOO MANY HEALTH ISSUES LATELY AND WE ARE CURRENTLY SEARCHING FOR A DIFFERENT DOCTOR. ALSO, THE STAFF THERE SEEMS TO BE CLUELESS MUCH OF THE TIME. THEY ARE VERY POOR AT RETURNING CALLS AND SEEM TO "LOSE" RESULTS QUITE OFTEN. DR. CARTER SEEMS VERY MUCH IN A HURRY TO GET OUT OF THE EXAM ROOM TOO. DISSATISFIED.
Dr. Shah is one of the kindest most generous doctor I have encountered in my 20 plus years of experience. I saw him due to an emergency soon after we relocated from NY/CT to South Bend. The doctor was precise in his medical evaluation/protocol, and most importantly, he took the time to listen and understand my concerns. My follow up appointment included a warm orientation to South Bend. Dr. Shah is a gifted and dedicated doctor - I am grateful to have been recommended to his practice.
Great Dr. Spends as much time as you need him to explain things.
