I appreciate Dr. Flores' attentiveness to my health concerns. As someone who has health anxiety it helps to have a PCP that explains and is not dismissive of my concerns. It makes all the difference in the world to be reassured as to what is normal v something I should be concerned with.

As I stated before I need more than 20 minutes with Doctor at times but it is Optum that controls this. Dr Flores Rios is a talented doctor and knows her stuff, I feel Optum should change the 20 minutes to 30 minutes as I'm elderly and may need a little more time to think.

This was my first time seeing Doctor Kong. I had a very good experience with her and her staff. She is very patient, knowledgeable and listens to you, not rushing.
