Please don't waste your time going to this office. I am sure the dentist may be great, however I cannot share that info. I made an appointment to be seen, they verified my insurance info, gave me a time to be seen,etc. I show up, the rude receptionist couldn't find my name in the system. They were finally able to find my paperwork in some folder in a drawer, but none of the info had been entered and she rudely asked if I could come back another time. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
