After showing up an hour late, Dr Shanks assured my mother he will be available if any issues come up after her procedure. Since then, we contacted his office multiple times but have yet to hear back from him or his assistant. My mother's pain was so intense a week after her procedure, we had to take her to the ER. The ER DR gave her some pain meds and recommended we speak to her surgeon because she shouldn't be in this much pain.
