Dr. Koch was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions! He gave a personal cell number for after surgery and made sure he called to check up! His staff is very helpful and welcoming! I would definetly return to Dr. Koch in the future for any cosmetic surgery!!!
I had my surgery over 2 years ago. My results are the best I have ever seen. I have sent many friends to Dr. Koch and they all have been extremely satisfied. He is a warm, friendly caring physician. He even called me the day following my surgery to check on my condition. I have never had a doctor who took the time to do that!

Dr. Koch performed surgery on me 11 yrs. ago with great results at an affordable, reasonable price. He even met me after hours one night because i thought i opened my stitches. Very careful and kind. Would use him again! He is the best and busiest "Breast " guy in Buffalo!!!
I had a breast aug 2 years ago by another doctor that looked horrible. Dr Koch replaced my implants and repaired all of the inner muscle damage by the first doc. He was caring, warm, and realistic with me. My results were AMAZING! Several of my friends went to him for procedures with excellent results - Im 1 year post-op and look fabulous! DEF recommend!!!
He is not a good communicator. I went to him with a specific problem, which he said a particular surgery could correct. The surgery did not improve the area of concern AND what it did change did not look natural - much worse than before. When I complained he said that he knew all along the surgery wouldn't make the correction I had wanted and claimed I did not tell him that was what I wanted. I don't know how I could have been more clear!
Not only a great doctor but a great surgeon. Very caring, kind and friendly. He made me very relaxed and comfortable. All my questions were answered. His staff was excellent. My result was outstanding.
After going to another plastic surgeon for a consult and being terribly unimpressed, I went to Dr. Koch. He not only answered all my questions, he gave me more information than I ever thought I would need regarding my procedure. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone. His office staff is helpful and friendly. I never felt insecure about having cosmetic surgery after meeting everyone in Dr. Koch's office - they were very welcoming.
