This orthopedic surgery was the only one I've had of 12 that scared me. Even Dr. Harshbarger wouldn't accept me wanting it until I waited a week for my decision. The surgery is rough in the beginning but the pain goes down quite a bit after the first day. You are on a lot of painkillers but it's necessary to heal.
