They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was easy enough to find.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes

Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Yes! It was absolutely excruciating
