I have never been more disappointed with a medical office in all of my life. I came to this office on referral from a friend because I was injured in an accident. Todd was amazing in person. He ordered an MRI, blood work and an ultrasound of my thyroid. It has now been 14 days since my MRI and blood work. I have called 3 times and have been hung up on once, and promised a call back twice. My insurance expires in 3 days so, surgery will no longer be an option. If a negative 5 star was an option, that is what I would give Todd. Absolute worst! I left 2 urgent messages with his staff and it took 2 days for Todd to respond. I spent two days in pain because he wouldn't respond to any of the messages I left with the staff. I know this because I too work for Baptist Health and can see all activity in my chart. I have NEVER in my life received such bad care.
Always friendly and nice. Everyone is very professional. I think Dr. Crawford is very caring regarding his patients. Alwaysey is always professional and cheerful. try to find answer and solution to your problem. His Nurse Lesley is always professional and nice. Anyone would be lucky to fet him as doctor.
