I saw Dr. Case to repair a deflated breast implant. His name was down as a referal from Dr. Burkhardt, the provider I had seen 25+ years earlier who had retired. Dr. Case contacted the implant company and was able to get me a credit towards the implant devices even though they were at least 25 years old. I was nervous about having the procedure done again as it was somewhat painful the first time. I have had 2 procedures performed by Dr.Case, my first was a breast lift, and today I had a butt lift. Both experiances where outstanding! I had loose skin do to weight loss, and I am repairing the damage that I did to my body. Dr. Case is very profesional and I never felt shamed or embarassed. He is very honest, and at no time did I feel like I was dealing with a car salesman. I went to Case for a breast augmentation. When I asked for his recommendation on size he said "It is your body so it is your choice". After the surgery in August everything seemed fine until I started healing very unevenly. He suggested a lift would solve the asymmetry. I trusted him and went forward with the lift just 4 short months later. 2 weeks after the lift, I was rushed to the hospital with an expanding hematoma/blood clot that ripped my incision open from rapidly growing. I want to thank Dr. Case and his wonderful staff, Mary and Carla for the amazing work and care they provided me. At 43 I opted to have a tummy tuck & inner thigh lipo during the same time as my hysterectomy. Dr Case was willing to work with my OB & staff to make it happen. He was thorough with his exams & spent as much time as I needed to answer questions or discuss other options or procedures. I saw Dr. Case for Botox treatment. He was courteous and professional in explaining the treatment. His office staff was great and the procedure was quick with relatively little pain. The result was great. Dr. Case is well known as a top surgeon in Tucson. Although my procedure was trivial, I highly recommend him.

Dr. Case is a fantastic surgeon. He was very informative telling me how to prepare before and after my augmentation surgery. He came highly recommended from my friend and now I know why. I love my results.
