Toby was my doctor. I have no way of reaching him, so hopefully he will see this. I just want to say a heartfelt thank you! You didn't have to calm me down, and make me laugh before surgery, but you choosing to is something I will take with me for the rest of my life. You are so much more than just a doctor.
