In my clinic, I believe in treating each patient as whole. It is common to train my staff to "enrich the relationship, not the reward" when it comes to treating our patients. Understanding that chronic pain is a multifactorial condition with physical, psychological and sociological symptoms, I seek to devise a multi-modal treatment plan in addition to procedures and more conventional pain management modalities.

Had an appt with Dr Kanu on 5/8/2023. What a horrible experience! He spent my entire appt complaining about how many patients he has and how he has no time for them!! Then they failed to send my prescription and I had to call over and over to get anyone to do anything! I had to always call the front desk since the number given for the drs medical assistant was never answered and the voicemail box was always full!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. That’s all they’re worthy of!
truly terrible Sava s health. Moeller bertram never talks to patients. medical para medicalisonly rep who spoke with me. then prescribed a medication that i am allergic to and could have killed me.
Only had a 2 minute phone call to schedule an in-office visit and confirmed there is no charge for the phone call, but they sent a bill to Blue Shield for $435 (which shows $25 copay) for a "45-59 minute office visit." I scheduled a pain shot on that call and then, 3 weeks later, they claimed the visit will be to discuss my meds. (In the meantime, they prescribed opioids w/out even seeing me which I will not take.)
This 'grouo' goes by many names. Do your research!Your health depends on it!They scam you into taking part of their'center of excellence'.Which is only how they get funding by IEHP and other insurance groups.If you don't sign up for their year program they are not interested in helping you.They don't listen to you,they don't have your health in mind.And actually put me in a worse health position then B4 I went to their 'clinics'! Beware! Scammers! Rude staff! Bullies!
They gave me a prescription I could not fill. They do not answer their phone or respond to messages left on their answering machine. The first visit was fine, they said they would take care of and that is not true! They would not respond to my Doctor that referred me to them, or the pharmacy when they called trying to fill the prescription. I am going else where.
