Hostile environment @ Pinecrest location. Chaotic & unprofessional. Get receipt for all payments or you will be embarrassed by insinuations that you have not paid the previous bill. They do not adhere to their own dental plan pricing if you are foolish enough to join as we did after dropping our previous plan, one that we had for years but they would no longer accept.
