Dr. Sandell was very good and always listened to me. It was his staff that I had problems with. The PA's were terrible. They did not listen, they did not help, and they gave me a drug screen with a lab that my insurance doesn't use which charged me $3000. Yes, $3 thousand for a drug screen. I understand you have to test the patients for the drugs you are giving them, but send the test to their lab not an unknown lab. Also another problem was the PA wanted to send me to physical therapy which I told him I had done many times ... read more

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I will absolutely be returning there again. I would choose them over anyone else in the field in a heartbeat. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
