Dr. Skane is thorough & concerned about making the experience as comfortable as possible. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand. Office is pristine. The support staff was pleasant and thorough. Overall, I’ve had two excellent experiences with this practice, years apart.
I am literally terrified of the dentist. When I heard that I needed a root canal my anxiety was very high. Dr. Skane calmly explained the procedure to me and quickly numbed me up for the procedure. Normally I need light sedation to tolerate dental procedures. Not this time. The numbing was exceptional. The procedure was completed in less than 1 hour. 10/10 for this office.

Dr. Timothy is EXCELLENT! I received my first root canal and had a ton of questions. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. After answering all of my questions, I was assured and felt confident that everything would go smoothly. And it did! The root canal went very well and I would definitely recommend Dr. Timothy Skane if you need dental work completed by a caring professional.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how pain free and quick my root canal procedure was. Your staff was very nice to deal with and very helpful. Great location for those of us in the business district. Very modern office as well. Keep up the good work.
Dr. Skane is the best! He completely sent me at ease and talked me through the entire procedure. He made the whole experience as calm and relaxing as possible. I wish he did other dental procedures so I could use him for everything!
I recently had one of the best experiences ever when having a dental procedure (root canal) done at Dr. Skane's office. The entire process, from making an urgent appointment to the actual procedure was remarkably smooth and better than I had ever expected. Dr. Skane's bedside manners, and his flair at performing dental procedures, are umatched. Let’s just start by saying Dr. Skane and his work was great. He was able to treat my issue with my tooth with ease and no pain. Only took about 45 minutes. HOWEVER the office staff he has is terrible. I never got a bill. I was sent DIRECTLY to collections. When I called the office to see what my balance was 1 week after my procedure, I knew my insurance needed a moment to process, I was told it was ALREADY in collections and I should have paid. Thank you for the feedback. We have always tried to work with patients to help them afford the care they need. We've been fortunate to very rarely need the services of a collection agency. Only after many documented attempts at communication and statements sent over many months have we ever moved forward with collections. All patients are encouraged to regularly communicate with us to try and resolve any issues. We're reviewing our policies to learn where we can better communicate in the future.
