This was my first appointment with Dr, Lewan and I am so happy I have him as my new Primary Care Physician.
We?ve been satisfied with each encounter we have had with Dr. Lewan.
I feel like I'm starting over each time I go to Dr Lewan. He is very knowledgeable and seems to have good judgment but its like I'm meeting him for the first time each visit.
Dr. Lewan is an excellent listener and is easy to talk with, even about uncomfortable topics. I feel he addresses my concerns and provides sound advice and treatment. I trust him.
Read previous explanation. He spent most of our 15 minutes together just verifying what I already spent my own time filling out. Didn't offer any alternatives. Just a cog in a broken machine from my experience. Also not a big fan of Dr's billing insurance for things that were already there and diagnosed. Plus the specialist that he referred me to also did more harm than good and billed for that anoscopy that tore me more and should not have been performed with my fissure. Felt very rushed. Things that felt serious to me he seemed light hearted about. I haven't seen a doctor in almost 2 years and had a few concerns I wanted to address but almost everything he told me NOT THIS VISIT or we can follow up on that later. Didn't feel as though my care was a priority.
