Dr. Rosio gave me botox and I am thrilled with the results. Thank you Dr. Rosio. Looking in the mirror gives me energy and makes me smile. Dr. Rosio is a very nice doctor. And the staff is just as nice as the doctor.
I called an requested an appointment for a very specific procedure. Dr. Rosio's staff made the appointment for me even though they knew the Dr. does NOT provide this service. Instead I got a 10 minute pitch to buy the cleansers & makeup that Dr. Rosio sells through his office. I paid 30% of the bill (yes the 10 minute sales pitch was billed at almost $200!). I can't believe we are talking about the same man! I have had the best of care for my skin cancer as well as Dr. Rosio was very careful to inform me of other things to watch for for other than my skin. He interacted with my other physicians and made sure they were in the loop. He gave them heads up on something he wanted followed and sure enough he was right.
