I hope that no family ever has the experience we have had with this arrogant man! The way my family was treated regarding my mother’s procedure was unprofessional and disgusting. This guy does not care about patients or providing a minimal standard of care. He could not answer basic questions about a procedure that he was about to perform. Do not trust your loved one to this monster.
