I took my mother to Dr Kelly, and the staff was friendly and helpful beyond measure. Dr Kelly was professional, courteous and informative, but had a good "bedside manner." He treated my elderly mother with respect and concern.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Their office was nice and quiet. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. Dr. Kelly is very caring and makes you feel comfortable; all my questions were answered.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
